Three People Caught Red-handled in Alleged Illegal Logging

Jakarta Forestry Dept. has arrested three perpetrators who have cut down tree illegally on Jalan Yankes AD, Munjul Urban Village, Cipayung Sub-district, East Jakarta. They are being processed after being netted during OTT operation when they tried to cut down the tree on the roadside.
They have violated bylaw No. 8/2007 on Public Order article 12g, with fines sanction by Rp 5 million to Rp 50 million
According to Henry Perez Sitorus, Section Head of Community Empowerment and Law Enforcement, his side is still investigating those perpetrators. After it is done, their document will be continued to the police.
